The information is based on Advice n. 2/2001 that European authorities for personal data protection, united according to the art. 29 rule n. 95/46/CE, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify minimum requirements for online personal data collection. In particular to identify methods, times and kind of information that data controller has to give to users connecting to the website, apart from their purposes.

Place of data processing
The processing of data related to this website is performed at Be.Mi S.r.l. by technical staff of the relevant Office or by internal people occasionally in charge of maintenance activities.

No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated, except for activities closely related to the user’s  request.

The personal data provided by users asking for material forwarding (contracts, commercial sheets, general information, Card, newsletters, replies to questions, etc..) is used to satisfy the requests and communicated to third parties only if necessary to the purpose (mailing service, recordings for card issue, etc…).

Kind of processed data

A. Navigation Data
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated to specific individuals, but because of its nature, through processing and association with data held by third parties, users identification could be possible.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers connecting to the site, the addresses URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the required resources, the request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the dimension of the replying file, the code number defining the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc…) and other parameters related to the operational system and user’s computer environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistics concerning site use and to verify it is properly operating. They are stored for the period stated by law. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility if any computer crimes against the site occur.

B. Data voluntarily given by user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in this site involve the acquisition of the sender’s address, as necessary to reply to the requests, as well as any other personal data the mail includes.

Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on web pages dedicated to particular on request services.

C. Cookies
No personal data is acquired in the site with this purpose.

We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor persisting cookies of any kind are used or systems to trace the users.

The use of session cookies (non persisting in the user’s computer and disappearing when browser is closed) is strictly limited for transmitting session identifications (random numbers generated by the server) necessary to consent a safe and efficient navigation.

The session cookies used in this site avoid the resort to other data processing systems prejudicial to users’ navigation privacy and do not consent the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.

Optional character of data supply

Apart from what specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data required in the application forms on the site, or indicated by the Office, in order to receive informative sheets or other communications.

If data requested are not given it may be impossible to fulfil the request.

It must be remembered that in some cases (not in this site ordinary management) the Authority may request information, according to the Article 157 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, in order to check personal data processing.  In these cases reply is compulsory under penalty of an economic sanction.

Processing methods
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Specific safety measures are undertaken to prevent data loss, illegal or improper use and unauthorized access.

Rights of people concerned
The subjects giving their personal data have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of their existence and to know their content and origin, verifying their accuracy or requesting integration, updating, correction and/or cancellation (art. / Legislative Decree n. 196/2003).
According to the same article the person involved, if data have been processed breaking the law, has the right to ask for their cancellation, transformation as anonymous, and in every case, for legitimate reasons, he can object on their processing.
