Employee card

The smart card solution can support a card program for the ‘internal customers’, the employees of an organisation. This can work well as an add-on for companies opting for the white label loyalty card or a stand-alone project. Usually some kind of discount / advantage for the products/services offered by a company form part of the HR benefit that most companies offer their employees. This can be offered, controlled and managed in the form of an employee card either independently or riding on the same set-up of the customer loyalty program. This will give companies an easy, effective and less administrative way of offering employees benefits or allowances.

Employees will be offered the company branded smart card, which can also make part of an employee ID card, this card will be the method of offering employee benefits. The set-up is flexible - it can either be a discount percentage on purchases (casually differentiated for levels of employment, if required) or monitoring of allowance or a straight forward reward scheme, where employees will be rewarded credit / points for their purchases which they can claim for more product from the company etc.
