- The Vice Versa card is not a credit card.
- Card-Cash cannot be paid out in cash but only claimed against purchases in Vice Versa Partner outlets.
- The Premium Guide is complimentary. A one-time card fee will be charged at a Card-Cash equivalent of $7 (25 Dirhams) deducted from card users reward balance.
- To activate the Silver card, the card user must provide a correct mobile number and date of birth for security purposes and further serves as card user identification.
- The Silver card is valid for 1 month from first use. Thereafter both the card and Card-Cash expire.
- Visit www.viceversacard.com while card is active to register to retain any remaining Card-Cash balance for future use.
- The card must be presented at the point of purchase to be rewarded with Card-Cash or for redemption of Card-Cash.
- Use of the Vice Versa card in conjunction with any other publicly announced promotions or reductions offered is at the Partner outlets discretion.
- Any item returned to a Partner outlet where Card-Cash was rewarded at time of purchase may be refunded minus Card-Cash reward. (All refunds are subject to individual Partner outlet policies.)
- Any item returned to a Partner outlet where Card-Cash was redeemed in part or full at time of purchase will be exchanged only.
- The Vice Versa card may not be valid on 25/31 Dec and 14 Feb subject to the discretion of Dining & Nightlife Partner outlets.
- Vice Versa does not take responsibility for lost cards. If your card is lost, damaged or stolen, you must inform Vice Versa who will block your card and issue a new card the following day. To block your card you must provide the security numbers given at activation. A service fee of $27 (100 Dirhams) will be deducted from your Card-Cash balance.
- If a Partner does not honour the Vice Versa card, please report this by calling the hotline.
- Some Dining & Nightlife Partner outlets may reward Card-Cash on the total amount of the bill minus municipality fees and service charge.
- By use of the Vice Versa card you accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Vice Versa reserves the right to update or amend Terms & Conditions at any time. Current & valid Terms & Conditions can be found on www.viceversacard.com.
- Vice Versa may amend Card-Cash rates or add/remove Partners from the programme at any time.
- Check the Partner outlet section on www.viceversacard.com for the current Partner listings and Card-Cash rates.
- The Vice Versa Silver card remains the property of Vice Versa LLC.
