Vice Versa International is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to manage our Communication, Product Marketing and ongoing Marketing Programs.
The responsibilities include:
- Update and continuously develop our Product Marketing and promotions cross card projects and brands
- Proactively initiate and manage store promotions, displays and merchandise
- Develop and execute Marketing programs and campaigns for Vice Versa’s own brands as well as create joint campaigns with our business partners
- Manage Vice Versa International’s communication such as Public Relations, corporate / brand collaterals, presentations, newsletters etc.
- Be a key driver of exhibitions and events
- Analyse local -and International market trends and competition
You must be able to explore and drive new opportunities to support brand awareness, card activation and card usage. Your work will contribute to and support Vice Versa cardholders, participating Partner Outlets, Distribution Partners, Franchisees and Loyalty Card Clients.
You will act as prime point of contact with our Business Partners and media on Marketing and promotion activities, secure all operational areas are effectively informed of values, priorities and requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in the role you must be a person full of energy and with a ‘make-it-happen’ attitude. You must be passionate about writing and a perfectionist in your work. You will be multitasking and deal with many brands and projects at the same time, you most love to execute and create results, yet with a creative mind you will be able to influence and initiate many marketing activities that will support our overall business goals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Product marketing, direct marketing and promotions, and running marketing programs. To be considered you must hold a marketing degree and have worked in either the retail, hospitality or travel industry in a similar role for minimum 3 years in the GCC. Candidates with work experience in loyalty programs, coalition programs or in liaising with channel / multi-partners are preferred for this role.
Outstanding English written and oral communication skills required.
