Position start date: Immediate
Working directly for the Managing Director as well as assisting the management team, the Executive Secretary will be the centre point for Vice Versa International’s day to day operation.
Amongst multiple tasks, you will be responsible for generating reports, update client and prospect registers, prepare contracts, schedule meetings, follow-up, assist on purchasing, assist on sales and marketing related campaigns from the back-end as well as manage all company related administration tasks and office management. You will also be responsible for our full-time driver to secure accurate and timely deliveries / pick-up.
To be successful in your role, you must take responsibility and ownership in your work tasks and love to juggle many balls at the same time. You must be structured, have attention to details, work smart and have sense of urgency and a ‘make-it-happen’ attitude.
Profil
To be considered you must be perfect in English writing. You must hold a degree and have work experience in Dubai in a similar role for minimum 3 years. You must be proficient with Windows office programmes such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and should be able to easily adapt to new applications and programmes.
The right candidate must be loyal, reliable and a good team player who will get the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting loyalty card projects in Dubai.
